Q1. How can Alpha Neuron benefit me?
Nearly all those who have used our system have found it eye-opening. Our inputs are objective, neutral and based on successful business decisions, and not biased by any organization politics or any self-imposed constraints that you may not be aware of.
When you sign up as a member, you know in advance how you can benefit. So you know that a 100 or 500 dollars may not fix your long standing issues. But we will tell you, and work with you using our best analysis and market intelligence, on what is the best way forward to grow your business, or cut costs without amputation. There will be no ambiguity in what suggest - they would be bullet points - backed by examples. If you can action them right away, great. If you can’t because of constraints, at least you will know which direction to move into.
Q2. Can executives from any industry benefit?
Which industries are well covered by the Alpha Neuron Knowledge Base? Yes, based on feedback so far, business owners/shareholders and management executives from all industries can benefit from the risk-weighted solution alternatives that we can offer. This is what we call as the Decision Pack. If we are unable to generate something specific for your need, our solution set will give you a sense of what kind could work for your business challenge.

Q3. Can anyone join your system? Or is it like a doctor choosing his patients?
While any business executive can become a member for Decision Pack, the Action Pack is by qualification. Here’s the reason: we want to work with those executives who we feel will take our suggestions and do something with it. We are a bit averse to bureaucratic set-ups because we have seen how they consume time and effort and nothing comes out of it. Our success guarantee gets wasted in such situations. Because we are like you with the same 24 hours per day, we want to work with those executives who are facing a business challenge and are keen to make a decision and bring change. It gives us great satisfaction to help in such a situation. Executives come to us with trust, and to maintain this trust, we will need to be selective in our assignments.
Q4. What is the rationale behind pricing your packages?
Some executives have asked why we are offering our system for such a low price - if it can really work to add thousands or millions through new sales and cost savings. There are three reasons:
- Our innovative system helps us achieve more with lesser effort, which means the report and bulleted suggestions that we give you, would take 2 to 5 times more effort without our system.
- We want business owners/executives of small and medium companies, and individual managers also to benefit from our system - and not just executives in Fortune 500 companies. We want to offer our system at an individual level - you can be a Manager, VP, or CEO, or a Board Member, or even a leading shareholder.
- And most importantly, the price is low because you are the one to execute the chosen solution alternative. We can help you make a plan, but at the end of it, the execution is for you, and that’s the job for which adds and saves thousands or millions.
Q5. What is your involvement after you give solution alternatives?
In some case, we also help in preparing an action plan for executing the chosen decision, and in just a few cases, we can also take active role in the execution. In short, we will assist you till the point from where you can take it to completion with your own team.
Q6. Do you also meet your memers/clients face to face?
Yes, in a few cases, where it is considered critical and one of our team members is located in proximity, like London, New York, New Delhi, and Singapore. But please note that a meeting is NOT necessary to get success from our system. In all cases, we use the phone for discussion and the web for sharing documents and insights.
Q7. Can we access your Knowledge Base directly over the Internet?
Not in the near future, as some human inputs are required to take your business challenge and prepare a relevant solution set. The cost of making it online is high, as the relevant IT tools are not mature yet.
Q8. Do you guarantee success in all cases?
We guarantee your satisfaction. You will define success for yourself, and if you think the success has not happened to your satisfaction, then you can use our money back guarantee. If we could guarantee success in all cases, then we would go to our banks and borrow cash to buy out a few chosen companies. But it is not like that. There is a fair distance between a good business decision and the results showing up in the P&L or Balance sheet or Cash Flow statement. We will tell you what steps to take, but it is you who will have to take those steps.
Q9. Can you share some examples of your work?

Q10. Do you offer your service in foreign languages, like French, German, Spanish or Chinese?
Not currently, but it is part of our plan. Some of our team members are from Europe and Asia, and in 2009, we hope to offer insights in at least two of these languages. We are planning to release a copy of our popular ‘Difficult Decision Guide’ in French and German.
Q11. What additional costs are involved in using your solutions?
We believe in value-based pricing and full-transparency in the fee. You will not have to pay us anything other than the clearly stated fixed fee (which has a money back guarantee with it). There will be additional costs for the execution of a particular decision, which obviously you will have to make as part of your business. In some cases, we are in a position to recommend certain vendors who we know deliver on time and on budget, and you can evaluate if working with them makes sense. We will suggest something to you only if it’s a good choice, that we have used ourselves.
